Deposit Policy

For stays over the Olympics (25 July to 11 August 2024), a deposit of 10% of the total stay is required when booking, another 50% (60% in total) will be charged six months before your stay, and full payment will be taken three months before arrival.

Cancellations for Signature suites (the Ateliers, named suites and Grands Appartements) made less than 15 days before 3pm on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. If you’re staying from now until 31 August 2023, 4–13 October 2023, 16–19 October 2023, 24–26 October 2023, 29 October to 23 December 2023, and 25–28 December 2023, cancellations for Rooms and Junior, Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier Suites made less than one day before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night.
