Deposit Policy
For stays over the Olympics (25 July to 11 August 2024), a deposit of 10% of the total stay is required when booking, another 50% (60% in total) will be charged six months before your stay, and full payment will be taken three months before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re staying from 1–7 September 2023, 10–24 September 2023 and 24 December 2023, cancellations for Rooms and Junior, Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier Suites made less than three days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. Cancellations for Signature suites (the Ateliers, named suites and Grands Appartements) made less than 15 days before 3pm on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. If you’re staying from now until 31 August 2023, 4–13 October 2023, 16–19 October 2023, 24–26 October 2023, 29 October to 23 December 2023, and 25–28 December 2023, cancellations for Rooms and Junior, Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier Suites made less than one day before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. Cancellations for the Ateliers, Suite Jardin and Suite Duc de Crillon made less than three days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. And cancellations for the Grands Appartements, Suite Louis XV, Suite Bernstein, Suite Marie-Antoinette made less than seven days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night.
For stays from 8–9 September 2023, 25 September to 3 October 2023, 14–15 October 2023, 20–23 October 2023, 29–31 December 2023, 17–27 June 2024, 23 September to 1 October 2024, cancellations for any room type made less than 15 days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for two nights. For stays from 27–28 October 2023, cancellations for any room type made less than 30 days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for two nights. For stays from 16–25 January 2024, 26 February to 5 March 2024, 1–16 June 2024, 28–30 June 2024, 27–31 December 2024, cancellations for any room type made less than seven days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for two nights. For stays from 1–15 January 2024, 26 January to 25 February 2024, 6 March to 31 May 2024, 1–24 July 2024, 12–31 August 2024, and 2 October to 26 December 2024, cancellations for any room type made less than 24 hours before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. For stays from 1–22 September 2024, cancellations for any room type made less than three days before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for one night. And for stays over the Olympics (25 July to 11 August 2024), cancellations for any room type at any time will be charged 10% of the total stay; those made less than six months before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged for 60% of the total stay; and those less than three months before 3pm (local time) on the day of arrival will be charged in full.
