These 115sq m pavilions boast a choice location, on the edge of the resort’s free-form swimming pool and just a two-minute walk from beautiful Railay Beach and the Andaman Sea’s blue waters. Dotted around the pathways, the pavilions offer privacy in a seductive setting with a dramatic backdrop of jungle-covered cliffs and swaying coconut palms. The one-bedroom Terrace Pavilions remain true to Rayavadee’s signature round, two-story, ‘luxury-bungalow’ style, but with a contemporary take on the traditional design that features an open and airy ground-floor living plan with tropical decor and glass doors that open onto a breezy terrace. Set in a luxuriant garden a five-minute walk from Phra Nang beach, this huge villa (345sq m in total) has a private pool with a Jacuzzi. Indoors there are two adjoining bedrooms, which can sleep up to four, one with a king-size the other with two queens (in one frame), and a fifth person can sleep in an extra bed. There’s also a living room and two bathrooms with a bath tub and separate shower each. Guests are attended to by a dedicated butler, and villas have a TV with cable channels and a DVD player, free WiFi, a minibar, coffee machine, kettle with a selection of teas, umbrella, bathrobe, slippers and air-conditioning.
