These 75sq m suites are on the top floor, and have pitched ceilings inspired by northern Thailand’s traditional Thai homes. Their open-plan layout and clean-lined design makes them a perfect fit for the modern traveller, but they’re also full of items handmade by local craftsmen, rooting the design in Chiang Mai’s Lanna culture. Each has a king-size bed, a cushion-strewn daybed and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and walk-in rainfall shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a private terrace overlooking the gardens and Ping River.
