Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 30 April 2026 and 1 to 10 October 2026, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay amount. For stays from 1 May to 30 September 2026 and 11 to 31 October 2026 cancellations are free up to 10 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay amount. For stays from 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Each of these 75sq m suites is on the first floor, and has a large private terrace overlooking the gardens and Ping River. Inspired by traditional Thai houses, the neutral-toned interiors are filled with furnishings made from local materials like bamboo and teak. Each has a king-size bed, a cushion-strewn daybed and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and walk-in rainfall shower.
