Deposit Policy

Primland Resort requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The balance is required 14 days before arrival or, for bookings between 19 September and 2 November, 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will be fully refunded; those made later will be charged in full. For bookings between 19 September and 2 November, cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival will be fully refunded; those made later will be charged in full.
