Deposit Policy

Full amount of booking will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made between four and seven days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will be charged 80 per cent, and cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100 per cent. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival during peak season will be charged in full. Guests forced to depart early due to Covid-19 related reasons will receive a refund for unused nights, and any bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival due to Covid-19 regulations or a positive PCR test can be re-booked within the following 12 months at no charge.
