Deposit Policy

50% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival; you’ll be charged 50% of the total stay when cancelling from 15 to 29 days before arrival, and 75% of the total stay when cancelling from 14 days to one day before arrival. After this, the full amount will be charged. During the festive season (21 December to 5 January), you’ll need to cancel up to 60 days before arrival to receive a full refund.
