Cancellation Policy

For stays in the villas (One and Cortez) and the Ocean Front One&Only Pool Casita Suite between 2 January and 18 December 2024 and 5 January and 18 December 2025, cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before arrival; those made within 30 days will be charged in full. For stays in the villas (One and Cortez) and the Ocean Front One&Only Pool Casita Suite from 17 April to 26 April 2025, 26 November to 29 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during the festive season (19 December 2024 to 4 January 2025 and 19 December 2025 to 4 January 2026), cancellations made after 1 September will be charged in full. For stays from 24 November to 1 December 2024, cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 October to 23 November 2024, 2 December to 18 December 2024, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. For all other stays during 2024, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays from 5 January to 30 April 2025 and 26 November to 30 November 2025, cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be charged for two nights stay. For stays from 1 May to 31 May 2025, 1 October to 18 December 2025, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged for two nights stay. For stays from 1 June to 30 September 2025, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will charged for two nights stay.

This 1,060sq m villa is located at the highest point of the resort with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. The accommodation is laid out around the Great Room, which has nine-metre-wide glass doors opening onto a terrace with a large infinity-edge pool overlooking the tropical grounds and sea. There are floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout, an open display kitchen and living and dining areas, a private spa treatment room, an eight-person screening room and refreshment area with games tables; outside there is a palapa with hanging day-bed, outside kitchen and dining terrace, lower terrace with sunken fire pit and upper courtyard breakfast terrace. Each of the four bedrooms has either a queen- or king-size bed: two with ensuite bathrooms and two sharing a bathroom. Bedrooms have a TV, Bose sound system, free WiFi, air-conditioning, minibar and free bottled water.
