For stays from from 1 November to 22 November 2026, 29 November to 18 December 2026, 22 November 2027 and 29 November to 18 December 2027, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged for two nights stay. For stays from from 23 November to 28 November 2026 and 23 November to 28 November 2027, you can cancel for free up to 28 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged for two nights stay. For stays from 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 and 19 December 2027 to 3 January 2028, cancellations made after 1 September will be charged in full. If you’re staying in a One&Only Pool Casita Suite Ocean Front with Infinity Pool, Villa Cortez or Villa One from 4 January to 31 March 2026, 6 April to 22 November 2026, 29 November to 18 December 2026, 4 January to 31 March 2027, 6 April to 22 November 2027, and 29 November to 18 December 2027, you can cancel for free up to 31 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. If you’re staying in a One&Only Pool Casita Suite Ocean Front with Infinity Pool, Villa Cortez or Villa One from 1 April to 5 April 2026, 23 November to 28 November 2026, 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, 1 April to 5 April 2027, 23 November to 28 November 2027, and 19 December 2027 to 3 January 2028, cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay; after this, you’ll be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

This beautiful suite offers 186sq m of space with a private wraparound infinity-edge pool and separate Jacuzzi directly on the beach. The terrace has views of the Sea of Cortez, day-beds, pool loungers and an outdoor dining area. The marble bathroom has Mexican tiles, an indoor-outdoor rainfall shower and twin sinks; there is a bathroom in the bedroom. The suite has a king-size bed, TV, Bose sound system, free WiFi, air-conditioning, minibar, free bottled water and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

This 1,060sq m villa is located at the highest point of the resort with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. The accommodation is laid out around the Great Room, which has nine-metre-wide glass doors opening onto a terrace with a large infinity-edge pool overlooking the tropical grounds and sea. There are floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout, an open display kitchen and living and dining areas, a private spa treatment room, an eight-person screening room and refreshment area with games tables; outside there is a palapa with hanging day-bed, outside kitchen and dining terrace, lower terrace with sunken fire pit and upper courtyard breakfast terrace. Each of the four bedrooms has either a queen- or king-size bed: two with ensuite bathrooms and two sharing a bathroom. Bedrooms have a TV, Bose sound system, free WiFi, air-conditioning, minibar and free bottled water.
