If you’re staying in Villa One during shoulder or low season (3 May to 30 September 2026) and cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay; after this, you’ll be charged in full. For all other stays during this time period, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. If you’re staying in Villa One during high season (11 January to 2 May 2026 and 1 October to 20 December 2026) and cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay; after this, you’ll be charged in full. For all other stays during this time period, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. If you’re staying in Villa One during the festive season (21 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 and 21 December 2026 to 9 January 2027) and cancel before 30 September, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay; after this, you’ll be charged in full. For all other stays during this time period, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full.
