Cancellation Policy

For stays during January 6-April 30 & May 1-December 20, you may cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival, and your 1 night deposit will be refunded. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, will result in forfeiture of the entire stay. For stays during Peak Season, December 21-January 5, you may cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival, and your 1 night deposit will be refunded, less a $40 Admin Fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival, will result in forfeiture of the entire stay.
