Deposit Policy
A charge of 1 night (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays in low (November to April, excluding Christmas and New Year) to mid season (May and October, Christmas and New Year), cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made seven to 14 days before arrival will be charged for the first night; and those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays in high season (June to September), cancellations are free up to 31 days before arrival; those made 15 to 30 days before arrival will be charged for the first night; and those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. If you’re staying with an early-booking offer, you can cancel at any time and be charged for the first night, except in high season when cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. Amendments are possible for free up to seven days before arrival; and no-shows and early departures will be charged in full at all times. If you have to cancel your trip due to Covid-related travel restrictions, a refund may be possible.
