Deposit Policy

Mount Nelson requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This deposit only applies for stays over the festive season (22 December to 4 January), with the balance taken by 1 July; both payments are non-refundable. For stays at all other times, no deposit is due.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival, but after this, you’ll be charged one night for every three booked. No-shows will be charged in full. If staying over the festive season (22 December to 4 January), cancellations at any time will be charged 20% of the stay, and those on or after 1 July will be charged in full.
