Deposit Policy

Montage Big Sky requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Montage Big Sky requires a one-night (18 April to 14 December) or two-night (15 December to 17 April) stay deposit, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance for 15 June to 15 September and 1 January to 17 April is due 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance for 18 April to 14 June and 16 September to 14 December is due 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance for 15 December to 1 January is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

During the winter (2 January to 17 April) and summer (15 June to 15 September) seasons, cancellations can be made for free up until 4pm, 30 days before arrival. After this, the full stay amount will be charged. During shoulder seasons (18 April to 14 June, and 16 September to 14 December), cancellations can be made for free up until 4pm, seven days before arrival – otherwise the total stay will be charged. During the festive season (15 December to 1 January), cancellations can be made for free up until 4pm, 60 days before arrival. After this, the full stay amount will be charged.
