Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation seven days or more prior to your arrival date, you will not incur any charges. If you cancel your reservation within seven days of your arrival date, you will be charged for one night, equal to your average nightly rate, plus taxes and fees. 24-Hour Safe Harbor: Guests can cancel their reservation within 24 hours of creation, without penalty and with a full refund, as long as the date booked is at least three days before arrival. The 24-hour clock begins when the initial reservation is made. Please know that if you fail to arrive and did not call to cancel your reservation within seven days, you will be charged for the entire stay and will not receive a refund.
