Set on stilts over the ocean, these 245sq m thatched-roof villas each have a huge deck with a swing chair, day-bed, sunloungers and steps leading into the ocean below. The private infinity pool – lit from underneath at night – is 42sq m. Inside each villa, there’s a king-size bed dressed in crisp white linens and covered in a brightly-coloured bedspread; a sofa and chairs in matching shades; and a separate dressing room. The ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bath tub and a glass-walled, walk-in shower; both have views of the ocean. All rooms have a flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, free WiFi, air-conditioning, minibar (with a free bottle of champagne on arrival), tea- and Nespresso-coffee-making facilities and Acqua di Parma bath products.
