Deposit Policy

30% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 5 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 1 April and 9 May 2026 and between 2 November and 31 December 2026, you can cancel for free up to six days before arrival; for stays between 10 and 31 May 2026 and between 1 October and 1 November 2026, the deadline for free cancellation is nine days before arrival; for stays between 1 June and 30 September 2026 you’ll need to give 16 days’ notice. After these respective deadlines, you’ll be charged in full. No-shows, early departures or later cancellations are also charged in full.
