50% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for a 5% administration fee up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before arrival will be charged for 25% of the total stay; those made between 60 and 31 days will be charged for 50%, and those made within 30 days will be charged for the full stay.
