Deposit Policy

Madeline Hotel & Residences requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during the festive season (22 to 31 December 2023), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. At all other times, a two-night deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in the Four-Bedroom Residence, Four-Bedroom Penthouse, Three-Bedroom Residence and Two-Bedroom Penthouse during the festive season (22 to 31 December 2023), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays in all other rooms between 17 to 20 February 2023 and 15 to 18 June 2023, cancellations made within 30 days will be charged in full. For stays between 1 to 4 September 2023 and 22 to 31 December 2023, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full.
