Deposit Policy

Lion Sands Game Reserve requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during festive season (20 December to 3 January), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 120 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 20 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
