Cancellation Policy

Cancellation free of charge may be granted up to 15 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation between 15 days and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card given in guarantee. In case of cancellation 7 days before your arrival after 12 noon (noon, French time), the entire amount of the stay will be charged. No-show and shortened stay: in case of no-show the stay will be due entirely. If the stay is shortened after the deadline of cancellation, every cancelled night will be chargeable to the customer. Any modification or cancellation of a reservation will have to be written and will systematically get a written answer from us.
