Le Fitz Roy requires a deposit of a four-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due . For flexible rate stays, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For semi-flexible rate stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Please note, although a credit card is needed for a pre-authorisation, bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is paid. The hotel will send a payment link upon booking; if payment is not received within 48 hours of receipt, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
For flexible rate stays, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For semi-flexible rate stays, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay; those made later will be charged in full.
