Deposit Policy

Las Qolqas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will incur a charge of 10% of the total booking, and the full amount will be charged if cancelling 30 days or less before arrival. No-shows will be charged for the full stay amount.
