Deposit Policy

Laluna requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days from arrival date, we will refund the entire amount less usd.200 . Cancellations received 30 days or less from arrival date will result in full forfeit. Late arrivals, early departures or no shows will result in full forfeit and will be charged in full. We recommend that our guest take out travel insurance to include possible losses of funds. Change of original booking: All changes from original confirmed booking are subject to US$100 per change
