Deposit Policy

A charge of 50% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For high-season stays between 20 December and 11 January, you’ll be refunded your 50% deposit if you cancel up to 60 days ahead of arrival; for cancellations made 60 to 31 days ahead, you’ll be charged for 50% of your total booking cost; for cancellations made within 30 days, you’ll be charged in full. For all other dates, you’ll be refunded your 50% deposit if you cancel up to 30 days ahead of arrival; for cancellations made 30 to 15 days ahead, you’ll be charged for 50% of your total booking cost; for cancellations made within 14 days, you’ll be charged in full.
