Cancellations are free up to 3pm (local time) 48 hours before arrival; cancellations made less than 48 hours of arrival, will incur a penalty of the first night’s room & tax. No-shows will be charged the first night's room & tax. For stays over national holidays (4 - 5 January, 15 - 23 February, 7 - 21 April, 1 - 4 May, 16 - 18 May, 19 - 22 June, 20 - 23 November, 19 - 26 December), free cancellations if made up until 3pm (local time 30 days before arrival; cancellations less than 30 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking total. For stays over Carnival and New Year’s Eve (28 February - 5 March, 7 - 10 March, 26 December - 4 January), cancellations made up until 3pm (local time) 60 days before arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the total stay; cancellations less than 60 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking total.
