Deposit Policy

Hotel Tugu Bali requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays during peak season (20 December–5 January) a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking the balance can be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during low season (6 January–14 July and 1 September–19 December) cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for one night of the booking. Cancellations made within three days of arrival no-shows early departures and late arrivals will be charged the total cost of the booking. For stays during high season (15 July–31 August and 20 December–5 January): cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be charged for one night of the booking. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival no-shows early departures and late arrivals will be charged the total cost of the booking. For stays during peak season (20 December–5 January) a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking the balance can be paid on arrival.
