Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival or 100% of the booking will be applied as penalty. No-shows will be charged in full. For stays on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, cancellations received within three days of arrival will be charged in full. Full non-refundable payment is taken at booking for stays between 6 to 10 February, 1 to 4 March and 23 to 29 October; cancellations and amendments to stays within these dates will be charged in full as according to the original booking.
