For stays from 1 November to 23 December 2020, 3 January to 31 March 2021, 4 to 29 April 2021, 2 May to 1 June 2021, 6 June to 9 September 2021, 1 November to 2 December 2021, and 8 to 23 December 2021, cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay. For stays from 24 to 30 December 2020, 10 September to 7 October 2021, 12 to 28 October 2021, and 3 to 7 December 2021, cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay. For stays from 1 to 2 January 2021, 1 to 3 April 2021, 30 April to 1 May 2021, and 2 to 5 June 2021, cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay. For stays on 31 December 2020, and stays from 8 to 11 October 2021, 29 to 31 October 2021, and 24 to 31 December, cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged one night's stay.
