For semi-flexible rate stays, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For flexible rate stays the full balance is due 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. Bookings on the standard flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge when made up to 14 days before arrival; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival for stays on the semi-flexible rate will be charged the 30 per cent deposit total; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. For long-stay rate bookings, cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will be charged for 30% of the stay. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged in full.
