Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Hacienda San Angel requires a further deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For stays during 23 December - 2 January, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be collected 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during 23 December - 2 January, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be collected 60 days before arrival; cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, will incur 100% penalty. For stays during the rest of the year, any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the the full booking amount. No-shows and Early Departures will be charged in full.
