Deposit Policy

Hacienda AltaGracia requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This will be taken upon booking, the remainder is due 14 days before arrival. For stays over the festive season (20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025) a deposit of three night's stay is due before arrival. For all stays, a credit card is required to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free when made up to 14 days before arrival,; those made later will be charged in full. For stays over the festive season (20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025) cancellations are free when made up to 45 days arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
