Located on the second floor, this animal-themed, pale-blue-toned room has a wonderful view of the mountains. The bed – which can be configured either as a king-size or twins – is strewn with deer-embroidered cushions, and the ensuite bathroom (up a few small steps) has a bath tub and a shower. This room can be connected with Hirsch, making it ideal for families. All rooms have free WiFi, an alarm clock, a Nespresso coffee-maker and Susanne Kaufmann bath products.

Reh

Its name means ‘roe deer’, and the ground-floor Reh is large and bright with high ceilings and leather furniture. French windows open onto a small balcony, and the king-size bed is dressed in dark-green linens to match the sweeping curtains. The ensuite bathroom has a bath tub, a shower and twin sinks. Auerhahn
