These 27sq m rooms might be off the hotel’s 17th-century courtyard, but inside they cut a much more modern figure, with smooth concrete walls, geometric brickwork and minimalist furniture. On account of the building’s historic layout, most of the rooms don’t have windows, but they all have vaulted ceilings and Dutch doors that can be opened to let in the light (or a cooling breeze). Each room has a queen-size bed; a bathroom with a shower; free WiFi; a flatscreen TV; minibar; iPod dock; air-conditioning and organic bath products.
