If you're staying in any room (except The Mansion) from 17 April to 22 May or 1 to 8 November, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; after this, you'll be charged in full. From 23 May to 14 June and 20 September to 31 October, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival; after this you'll be charged in full. And between 15 June to 19 September, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival; after this, you'll be charged in full. If your staying in The Mansion, you can cancel for free up to 61 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before arrival will be charged for 30% of the stay; those made later will be charged in full.
