Set in the delightfully unique former grain silo, this round 50sq m suite has cylindrical rooms laid out over two floors and views of the verdant farmland from its large window. The first floor is a large bathroom area with a spacious walk-in rainfall shower, a freestanding, claw-foot, cast-iron bath tub and a farmhouse sink. The second floor has exposed wooden ceiling beams, wooden floors and a sizeable bed with recycled-wood frame. Rooms have WiFi, free bottled water and La Chinata toiletries.

Housed in the former granary, this suite has 80sqm of floor space to play with. Many of the original features remain, including exposed brick walls, wooden ceiling beams, stone pillars and a huge, tiled-stone bath tub (there’s even a little rock-hewn sink). High ceilings, a saffron-hued feature wall and a four-poster bed add an air of drama, and there’s a sitting room and plenty of space to add an extra bed (for €29 a night) if needed.

Room dividers are rarely more novel than the wall of antique wooden pigeon niches used to divide this loft into a bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. With wooden floors, exposed roof beams and original furnishings, including a stove, this 60sq m suite is a unique space to stay; perfect for a romantic break. There’s a king-size bed, a writing desk, air-conditioning and the bathroom has a freestanding patinated bath tub and a separate shower. There’s room to add an extra bed (for €39 a night) and direct access to the swimming pool.

With crisp white linens and bright white walls, this room lives up its devout name. However, with an ornate king-size bed and a freestanding bath tub big enough for two, you can get a little sinful in this elegant 80sqm suite. There’s also a shower in the reclaimed 19th-century bathroom, a sitting area, tiled floors, exposed dark-wood ceiling beams and antique furnishings throughout. The room has views of the swimming pool from the shuttered windows.

The spacious 74sq m Family Suite is laid out over several floors; on the ground floor there’s a cosy living room with cushion-strewn sofas and a fireplace flanked by built-in benches. The master bedroom, set on the mezzanine level, has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath tub. A separate bedroom on the lower ground floor has two single beds and its own bathroom. Dark wood trim, rustic furniture and pops of colour make this suite feel like your own Spanish country cabin. The suite has WiFi, free bottled water and La Chinata toiletries.

The 100sq m Family Suite, Los Aljibes (aka ‘the Cisterns’), sleeps two adults and up to two children in two bedrooms. It’s filled with inventive design flourishes and spectacular 19th-century artefacts: the living room’s original fireplace and four Romanesque columns; exposed wooden beams and a low-set mosaic-tiled bath (built around four large olive-oil cisterns), where you can soak in style. There’s also a shower over the bath and La Chinata olive-oil bath products.
