Deposit Policy

A charge of 1 night (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted 14 days prior to arrival date by noon. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days any deposit paid will be forfeited. For bookings from 16 December to 5 January, a one night non refundable deposit will be required to confirm. Any cancellations made after 1 October will incur a charge of 25%, plus one night's deposit. Any cancellations made after 1 November will incur a charge of 50%, plus one night's deposit. Any no shows or early departures will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total, plus service charge. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed received by the hotel or its representative. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged accordingly.
