Deposit Policy

Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. Refund is given if cancellation is made 91 days prior arrival date, otherwise, the 100% deposit will be used as penalty. Full stay penalty will apply for no-shows and early departures.

Cancellation Policy

For stays 26 February - 30 April, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the booking total. For stays 1 May - 20 Dec, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the booking total. For stays 21 Dec - 3 Jan, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking total.
