Deposit Policy

Cascioni Eco Retreat requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. A 30 per cent deposit is required on booking; the remaining balance is due on check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. Bookings canceled within 29–eight days will be charged a fee equal to 30 per cent of the entire stay; those received within seven–one day(s) will incur a fee of 50 per cent of the stay. Cancellations on the day, no-shows, and early departures will be charged 100 per cent of the cost of the stay.
