There’s one Superior Room (29sq m) in Casa Arbol. Original features – patterned tiles on the floors, heirloom artwork and 17th-century wooden ceiling beams – have been preserved, and mod furnishings have been added, including minimalist four-poster beds and brightly coloured prints hung on the white walls. There are two double beds (to sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children), and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. Casas have a flatscreen TV, iPod dock, radio, air-conditioning, free bottled water and WiFi, and Antica Farmacista bath products. There’s direct access to the shared interior courtyard and communal kitchen, and guests have a private butler throughout the stay.
