Deposit Policy

A charge of 50% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up until 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. One date change is possible within a year of the original booking; the rate difference would need to be paid in advance. For stays during high season (10 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), cancellations at any time will be charged in full. For stays from 6 January to 23 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. For stays from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, cancellations at any time will be charged in full.
