Deposit Policy

Full non-refundable prepayment is required for all stays between 21 December 2024 and 7 January 2025. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. For standard rooms and suites, there is a charge of US$1 to confirm the reservation. For villas, the hotel charges one night’s stay to confirm the reservation, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

All stays between 21 December 2024 and 7 January 2025 are non-refundable. For stays in Riverfront and Riverfront Premier rooms during the rest of the year, cancellations are free up to 3pm (local time), five days before arrival; those made later will be charged one night’s stay. For stays in suites during the rest of the year, cancellations are free up to 3pm (local time), 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged one night’s stay. For stays in villas during the rest of the year, cancellations will be charged one night’s stay.
