Deposit Policy
Cape Nidhra Hotel requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.
For reservations with a Non-Refundable rate type, the hotel requires full payment in advance.
For stays from 6 January to 15 April, 16 April to 31 October and 1 November to 23 December, a deposit of one night is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival.
For stays from 24 December to 5 January, a one night deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
1. Low Season (16 April – 31 October)
A cancellation submitted less than seven (7) days before arrival date or no show will incur a first night charge.
Shortening stay (early check out) is subject to one extra night’s charge
2. High Season (1 November – 23 December & 6 Jan – 15 April)
Cancellation submitted less than fourteen (14) days before arrival date will incur a first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than seven (7) days before arrival, shortening stay (early check out) or no show
are all subject to a full period of booking charge.
3. Public Holiday, Long Holiday & Peak Season (24 December – 5 January)
[A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required from 29 December – 1 January &
No check-out on 31 December]
Cancellation submitted less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will incur a first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than twenty-one (21) days before arrival date, shortening stay (early check out) or no show
are all subject to a full period of booking charge.
