Deposit Policy

A charge of 2 nights (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays over the festive season (16 December to 1 January), cancellations received before 1 October will be charged 5 per cent of the total booking, those made later will be charged in full. For all other stays, cancellations more than 60 days before arrival will be charged 5 per cent of the total stay, those received 59 to 45 days before arrival will be charged 55 per cent of the total stay and those made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.

This secluded stone cottage is surrounded by tropical gardens and has panoramic views over the waterfalls of Privassion Creek and the distant Maya Mountains. The cottage’s bedroom has a king-size bed, writing desk and fireplace. The bath house has underfloor heating, an open fire, shower, Japanese bath tub, and steam room. There’s a smaller guest bathroom too. The kitchen has a wine cooler, Illy espresso machine, breakfast bar, and a heated slate floor. An airy day room has a sofa bed, large coffee table, and comfortable armchair, and screened doors open onto the hardwood deck, private infinity pool, and hammock. Your on-call attendant can light fires, cook breakfast and prepare cocktails, among other talents.
