This 15sq m studio, located on the upper wing of the house, was Francis’s real workplace, where partially developed Tetro. Ideal for single travellers, the cosy room consists of a single bed, wardrobe, sofa and desk. Set in the garden, the studio had direct access to two terraces. All rooms have WiFi, a smart TV, minibar and air-conditioning.

This seven-bedroom house can be rented out for exclusive use. In the upper wing, you'll find Nieta's Studio room, a cosy room with a single bed, wardrobe, sofa and desk, as well as access to two private terraces. There are four rooms on the first floor; Roman has a king-size bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower or bath tub; Bolaño has a queen-size bed, armchair, writing desk and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower; Sofia overlooks the garden and has a double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower; Cortazar has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony over the street below. The final two rooms are in the garden; Francis has a king-size bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower or bath tub; Ellie is separated from Francis by a small corridor, and has a king-size bed (twinned on request), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower or bath tub. All seven bedrooms also have free WiFi, a smart TV, minibar and air-conditioning.
