Deposit Policy

30% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival are free of charge; those made after 12pm (local time) seven days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays on the non-refundable rates, all cancellations will incur a charge in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

One of the main building’s smaller but cosier rooms with a simple, hushed feel – perhaps the room that best reflects its monastic past. Windows look out over the sprawling valley and the Chianti hills from every corner. The bed is king-size with an orthopedic mattress for ultimate comfort and the bathroom has a rainfall shower. Handpicked metal vases and angular lamps accompany the wooden furniture; the flat-screen TV is cleverly hidden to not interrupt the aesthetic.

Each unique room in this category reflects some aspect of the building’s ancient history (not least the beamed ceilings). Open-plan storage maximises the space, beds are handcrafted and king-size (with an orthopedic mattress for ultimate comfort) and some bathrooms feature double sinks carved from a single piece of stone or a standalone bath tub; all feature rainfall showers. There is a hidden flat-screen TV, too.
