For stays between 23 December and 5 January, if you cancel within 72 hours of reservation, you’ll lose your deposit; cancellations made after this will be charged in full. At all other times, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you’ll receive the full amount as credit for a future stay. If you cancel within seven days of arrival, you’ll be charged for one night, with the remaining balance given as credit towards a future stay. Credit is valid for up to one year after it is issued.
