Deposit Policy

For off-peak stays a deposit of 30 per cent of the total stay must be paid at booking while the balance must be paid 15 days before arrival. For stays over the festive season (21 to 31 December 2025, 1 to 10 January 2026, 20 to 31 December 2026 and 1 to 10 January 2027), a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 75 days before arrival. For stays during peak season (1 March to 30 April 2025, 11 to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 30 April 2026, 11 to 19 December 2026 and 11 to 31 March 2027), a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak stays, cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays over the festive season (21 to 31 December 2025, 1 to 10 January 2026, 20 to 31 December 2026 and 1 to 10 January 2027), you can cancel for free up to 75 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (1 March to 30 April 2025, 11 to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 30 April 2026, 11 to 19 December 2026 and 11 to 31 March 2027), you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For all stays, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
