2024: The balance is taken 15 days prior to arrival. For peak season stays (20 to 31 December 2024) the hotel will take a 10% deposit upon booking with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. 2025 to 2026: The balance is taken 15 days prior to arrival. For peak season stays (1 to 5 January 2025 and 20 December to 5 January 2026) the balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.
2024: For peak season stays (20 to 31 December 2024) any cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full plus tax. For stays throughout the rest of the year cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged two nights plus tax. No-shows and early departures are always charged in full plus tax. 2025 to 2026: For peak season stays (1 to 5 January 2025 and 20 December 2025 to 5 January 2026) any cancellations made within 120 days of arrival will be charged in full plus tax.
